~The Lair of Madame Tarantula~

Japanese song lyric transliterations/English translations.

All transliterations and translations have been done personally by me.
(*PLEASE ASK TO USE ANYTHING I POST ON MY BLOG, I'VE WORKED VERY HARD ON THESE AND DON'T MIND SHARING, IF CREDIT IS GIVEN. THANK YOU!*)

Each song lyric has its own page (instead of the usual "post" format) containing the transliterations and my English translations on the page in a format that makes it easier for me to post and also allows anyone to copy and paste them for their own use. To find a song, simply click the artist's photo in one of the side columns or the artist's name listed in the rows at the top of this site, which will take you to a complete discography listing (if I've had the time to create it, some are not finished yet) and links for any song I've translated and posted on this site. Scan directory links are also listed underneath discographies for each artist by magazine and then release date chronologically once they've been edited by me and posted to this site.

Please credit me if you use any of my translations! Thank you!

Lyrics

哀しみの裏側に 何があるの?
涙さえも凍りつく 白い氷原
誰でも心に冬を
かくしてると言うけど
あなた以上 冷ややかな人はいない

君の手紙読み終えて 切手を見た
スタンプには ロシア語の小さな文字
独りで決めた別れを
責める言葉探して
不意に 北の空を追

伝えておくれ 十二月の旅人よ
いついついつまでも
待っていると

伝えておくれ 十二月の旅人よ
いついついつまでも
待っていると

My English Translation
———————————————————————————————————————————
What is there on the other side of sadness?
A white ice field where even tears will freeze
They say that everyone hides
Winter in their hearts, but
There is no person more cold-hearted than you

I finished reading your letter and looked at the stamp
Small letters in Russian were on the stamp
I search for the words to blame
Our decided separation on you alone and
Suddenly, I follow the sky to the north

Please tell the December traveler
That you are waiting for me
Until forever and ever passes

Please tell the December traveler
That you are waiting for me
Until forever and ever passes
