~The Lair of Madame Tarantula~

Japanese song lyric transliterations/English translations.

All transliterations and translations have been done personally by me.
(*PLEASE ASK TO USE ANYTHING I POST ON MY BLOG, I'VE WORKED VERY HARD ON THESE AND DON'T MIND SHARING, IF CREDIT IS GIVEN. THANK YOU!*)

Each song lyric has its own page (instead of the usual "post" format) containing the transliterations and my English translations on the page in a format that makes it easier for me to post and also allows anyone to copy and paste them for their own use. To find a song, simply click the artist's photo in one of the side columns or the artist's name listed in the rows at the top of this site, which will take you to a complete discography listing (if I've had the time to create it, some are not finished yet) and links for any song I've translated and posted on this site. Scan directory links are also listed underneath discographies for each artist by magazine and then release date chronologically once they've been edited by me and posted to this site.

Please credit me if you use any of my translations! Thank you!

Lyrics
———————————————————————————————————————————

Rōmaji Lyrics

Taoreta kyandoru no honō ga kieteku
Aoi tsukiyo no hikari de honshō sarashikedasu wa

Shibirete haimawaru
Mukashi no watashi to onaji kao motsu anata no
Komekami fumitsuketa hīru

Watashi no kao o yaki, subete o ubatta
Omoi kamen o kabusete
Ori e to tojikometa wa

Chiisa na kumo ga ne
Soko ni ita no
Warui hanashi ja nakatta wa

Hagitotta kawa nuiawase
Umarekawatta ozomashiki majo e
Kanojo ni wa mō nanorenai?
Warawasenaide yo!
Dare ga ai nado iru monoka?

Doku to wa shirazu ni kuchi o tsuketa
Nagai tsume de kazoemashō

Kaonamaeseibetsu sae mo mukashi to chigau
Utsukushiki majo e
“Yurushite,” to aisowarai aware na mono da wa
Nante minikui ōji-sama!

Ayamezu ni ite ageru wa
Jihifukai, desho?
Dakedo yami o ageru

My English Translation
———————————————————————————————————————————
The flame of a fallen candle goes out and
I will begin to expose my true nature by the light of this pale, moonlit night

I become numb and crawl around
You possess the same face as the me of long ago
And trample on the temple of my forehead with your heel

My face was burned, everything is stolen from me
This heavy mask covers my face and
I was imprisoned in this jail cell

There was a small spider
In there
It was not bad conversations that the spider and I had

I sew together my torn off skin
But I can’t give my name for her
To this repulsive witch who was reborn?
Don’t make me laugh!
Who would want love and such?

I was kissed, but did not know it was with poison
Let us count how long it takes to be reborn with these long nails

Even if my face, name and gender differ from long ago
I am reborn to be a beautiful witch
“Forgive me,” she says with an insincere smile for such a pitiful thing
What an ugly prince!

I will not do you a favor and kill you
I am merciful, don’t you agree?
However, I will give this darkness
